Pit Crew University (PCU) is a team-building program for United Airlines employees, teaching them to work like a real pit crew. I was tasked with creating a new visual identity that aligned with United’s rebrand.
PCU needed a cohesive visual identity that combined the excitement of racing with United Airlines’ new brand.
I researched traditional race car designs and United Airlines’ brand guidelines, then developed a clean, minimalistic car wrap design and extended this visual identity to various print materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
The new visual identity enhanced the program’s professional appeal, reflecting both the excitement of racing and the precision required in a pit crew, all while staying true to United Airlines' brand.
